We store the web address you enter, the results of the scan, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us limit how many checks one person can run per hour. It can't be turned back into your IP address.
To run the scan, our server reads the public pages of the site you entered, the same way a search engine or AI crawler would. We don't log in to anything or change anything on that site.
Each result has its own link. Anyone you share that link with can see the results. Results pages are hidden from search engines.
We store your email address with the scan you ran, send you the guide, and may follow up once about your results. If you tick the newsletter box, we also send you a confirmation email for the newsletter.
We store your email address and where you signed up. You're only added after you click the link in the confirmation email. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
We store what you send us: your name, email, company, number of units, and message, so we can reply. We use it only to talk with you about working together.
The site runs on Amazon Web Services, and our emails are delivered through Amazon's email service. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
Like most websites, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. They're deleted automatically after about two weeks.
We keep check results, emails, and consultation requests until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@agentreadybookings.com from the address you used, and we'll take care of it.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
